The transformer core, high-voltage load switch, protective fuse, and other apparatuses are installed in the same hermetically sealed oil tank, and equipped with components including an oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and oil drain valve to monitor operating conditions. The capacity ranges from 50 kVA to 5,500 kVA, with a voltage class of 40.5 kV and below. Compliant with the latest national energy efficiency standards, the product features low power loss, energy conservation, and environmental friendliness. This product features an oil-filled, hermetically sealed structure with the same operating principle as hermetically sealed power transformers. The amorphous alloy core is composed of elements such as iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, and carbon. As an isotropic soft magnetic material, it offers low magnetizing power and no structural defects hindering domain wall movement. With an ultra-thin thickness of just 0.027 mm, its stacking factor is correspondingly low at 0.75–0.8. The material also provides extremely high electrical resistivity (3 to 6 times that of silicon steel sheets) and five times the hardness of silicon steel sheets, though it is particularly sensitive to mechanical stress.
