The Photovoltaic Huacan Distributed Smart Power Station is a compact box-type substation that steps up the three-phase AC output from solar inverters to 35kV or 10kV for direct grid connection. It features a compact ∏-shaped or L-shaped layout with three separate compartments (low-voltage, double-split transformer, and high-voltage), enabling full functionality, easy maintenance, remote control, and self-power supply for photovoltaic power generation systems.

This dry-type transformer is safe, maintenance-free, moisture-resistant, and capable of operating at 150% rated load with low losses and high reliability, making it comparable to foreign equivalents.

This three-phase pad-mounted transformer complies with ANSI and DOE 2016 standards, features oil-filled 65°C rise design, and is available from 30 to 3000 kVA with various voltage and tap configurations.

The S13 three-dimensional wound core transformer is an energy-saving oil-immersed transformer featuring low no-load loss, low no-load current, and low operating noise, ideal for urban and rural power grid renovation projects.

The single-phase pole-mounted transformer features a high-efficiency, energy-saving wound core design, compact size, low capital investment, over 99% reduction in low-voltage line loss, strong overload capability, and a fully sealed, maintenance-free structure.

This is a compact power distribution unit integrating power receiving, feeding, and transformer components in a sealed oil tank, available from 50 to 5500 kVA at voltages up to 40.5 kV, meeting the latest energy efficiency standards, and suitable for onshore, fishery-solar, agricultural-solar, offshore PV, and wind farm applications.

This product features an oil-filled, hermetically sealed design with an amorphous alloy core that is only 0.027 mm thick, offering high resistivity and hardness, yet is particularly sensitive to mechanical stress.

This product series features advanced design improvements in materials and structure, providing strong short-circuit withstand capability, low losses, low noise, and reliable operation; its SZ9-20000/35 prototype passed the sudden short-circuit test at the National Transformer Testing Center on the first attempt.
