Performance Characteristics
The radiators of the ZGS Series New Energy (Wind/PV) Combined Transformers are exposed on the outside of the transformer enclosure, a design that facilitates efficient heat dissipation and meets operation requirements under full-load and overload conditions.
It features an attractive appearance, compact structure, and small footprint. The hermetically sealed design makes assembly and disassembly flexible and convenient. The high-voltage and low-voltage components are separately arranged in the same enclosure, and its volume is only 1/5 to 1/3 that of similar box-type transformers.
The enclosure adopts a fully sealed structure, with a unique anti-corrosion design and special spray painting treatment. It can be widely used in various harsh environments, effectively ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment and achieving maintenance-free performance.
The high-voltage load switch is installed in the transformer oil tank. Thanks to its compact size and free switching capability, it can safely and reliably break load currents, featuring easy operation and high power supply reliability.
Owing to its small size and compact structure, the combined transformer integrates the transformer body, low-voltage equipment, and metering and measuring devices in one unit, requiring no distribution room. The incoming cable can be routed through the cable trench, and the transformer can be directly installed at the load center. The cable plugs support hot swapping when necessary, enabling convenient connection. The unit reduces the investment cost of the substation, with low initial investment and installation expenses.
