35 kV S(B)HX-M Series Amorphous Alloy Oil-Immersed Transformer

This product features an oil-filled, hermetically sealed structure with the same operating principle as hermetically sealed power transformers. The amorphous alloy core is composed of elements such as iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, and carbon. As an isotropic soft magnetic material, it offers low magnetizing power and no structural defects hindering domain wall movement. With an ultra-thin thickness of just 0.027 mm, its stacking factor is correspondingly low at 0.75–0.8. The material also provides extremely high electrical resistivity (3 to 6 times that of silicon steel sheets) and five times the hardness of silicon steel sheets, though it is particularly sensitive to mechanical stress.
