HYB New Energy Prefabricated Substation (European-style compact substation, abbreviated as "European substation"; a structural form where the transformer is oil-immersed and the radiator is exposed outdoors is also called "Chinese-style substation") is an integrated high/low-voltage prefabricated substation that combines step-up transformers, high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, and corresponding auxiliary supporting devices. Its voltage rating is 35kV and below, with a capacity range of 100~6300kVA, primarily designed for the new energy industry.

The combiner box boasts an IP65 protection rating, providing waterproof, dustproof, rustproof, and salt spray resistance, making it ideal for outdoor installation. Utilizes PV-specific high-voltage surge protectors to safeguard the combined positive/negative busbars against ground faults. Continuous operating voltage (Uc) reaches DC1500V. The monitoring module employs reliable Honeywell Hall elements (DC CT sensors) to collect data on each string’s current, busbar voltage, and temperature. It provides alarm functions, local fault diagnosis, and monitors surge protector and circuit breaker status.

All metal enclosures are made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel plate, with a protection rating of IP54 or higher, suitable for outdoor installation. The enclosure adopts a three-layer design: the top layer serves as a brim to prevent rainwater from entering; the middle layer houses the photovoltaic metering meter, allowing data observation through a transparent glass panel, and includes a seal interface on the door lock; the bottom layer is designed for control and protection, facilitating maintenance and inspection.

The BWG PV Grid-Tie Cabinet serves as the core interconnection equipment for photovoltaic power station systems, specifically designed to enable efficient grid integration of solar power generation. It features comprehensive circuit protection capabilities, precisely monitoring anomalies such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and short circuits to ensure safe and stable system operation. Integrated with an intelligent metering module, it collects real-time key data including power generation output, grid-connected current and voltage, facilitating remote monitoring and operational management for users.

This system adopts an integrated electrical design, where all equipment except the battery system is pre-assembled and optimized, providing a complete "plug-and-play" solution to users. Through pre-configuration and optimized design, customization requirements are minimized, reducing potential safety hazards caused by on-site installation variations and management risks.

The ZGS New Energy (Wind/Photovoltaic) Power Combined Transformer is an integrated unit for wind or photovoltaic power generation, combining a step-up transformer (American-style compact substation), high-voltage current-limiting fuses, oil-immersed load switches, low-voltage switchgear, and corresponding auxiliary devices. Its capacity range is 500-5800kVA, with a voltage rating of 35kV and below. It is suitable for photovoltaic and wind power farms on land, water surfaces, and offshore locations.

The YZC New Energy Integrated Photovoltaic Prefabricated Cabin is a European-style integrated unit. Its layout is similar to conventional European-style transformer units. The entire enclosure is constructed using a container shell, containing a transformer compartment, high-voltage compartment, communication/power cabinet compartment, and inverter compartment. Each compartment is separated by partitions or corrugated panels.
